Who Am I?
My name is Stef, and I am a Usui Reiki Master, Intuitive Clairvoyant, and Medium Messenger. I am also an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and teens in a clinical setting.
My Purpose:
I will hold space for you to access your own healing and awaken to your own power, so that you may feel more aligned with your highest self. This realm needs you to be YOU in all your glory! There are external and internal forces that block us from our true selves: The Ego, The Mind, Labels, and Our Stories. It is time for you to feel the lightness of BEing. Align, Heal, and Be Free through the healing medium of Reiki.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is the Japanese word meaning “universal life energy”. Reiki “treats the whole person (including the body, emotions, mind, and spirit) while creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing.” Reiki is not associated with any religion, deity, or religious belief system. It is not psychotherapy. It is based on the scientific principle of ENERGY, which is “a property of matter and space, objects, and fields. It can be transferred between objects and converted in form. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed.”
*Reiki and Intuitive Healing Services are offered for adults, teens, children, and animals. Sessions do not include clinical psychotherapy.
